Ordering:
We accept paypal, company check or bank transfer. There may be an additional charge and/or time for processing a purchase order.

Shipping:
We normally ship out the next business day of receiving payment. All items are ship via UPS or FEDEX with a tracking ID. If you prefer to use your own account, please email us before ordering to make special arrangements.

Warranty and Right of Return:
Unless otherwise noted, each equipment carries 60-day warranty upon delivery. Extended warranty also available for additional cost, please email. We reserve the rights to exchange, repair, or issue a refund of the purchased amount. We do not guarantee compatibility.

Return / Refund:
Please click here to email us or call us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). RMAs ensure we can match your equipment to your account and credit you correctly. All returns will be subject to quality inspection. Refund is then issued minus shipping charges. Returns with missing parts or abuse are subject to partial refund. In case of shipping damages please save all packing material for claim inspection by the shipper.
